Energy Cleanse Your Home

Start off 2017 with an Energy Springclean... The first Full Moon of the year is this Thurs 12th Jan.. a great opportunity to spring clean the energy of your home or workspace to clear out the old challenges & stuck junk from last year & start the year anew!

All you need is some Sage Smudge + some beautiful healing vibrational music to play (we always use a healing mantra sung by Deva Primal & Mitten) + Resonate Essences Divine Grace (to cleanse patterns of hardship, suffering & struggle) + Resonate Essences Angelic Support (to bring in Angelic Realm support & protection for your space).

Gather all you need, making sure the music is playing & preferably on a loop so it can run for an hour or so to support the shift... & begin by gently closing your eyes, drawing your awareness within & connect in to feel the energy of the space you are working with. Keeping your eyes closed & sensing with your inner vision & intuition, begin to notice the feelings & energy residue that has been left behind in the space from all that has occurred here in the last days, weeks, months or even years...since it was last cleansed. Take a moment to write down all you see, sense or feel as you tune in & notice any areas holding particularly dark or sticky energy that will need a little extra attention... then you can begin by bringing awareness into your Heartspace... & asking permission from the space to cleanse it completely, restoring it's highest vibrations & protecting it with Angelic energies. You will feel a sense of permission when you can begin, & lighting your Sage Smudge & holding a bowl underneath to catch any particles that drop (or you can use a Frankincense or Nag Champa incense) begin walking around the space allowing the smoke to waft, first around the lower levels closer to the floor & then at mid-level & then as high as you can reach. Repeat this process in each of the rooms you are cleansing... always good to ensure the rooms are well ventilated so smoke alarms aren't triggered & be sensible with anything that is alight including incense.

Once the space has been smudged & it feels clearer, you can begin to energetically release anything that is left, calling in waves of Grace from the Divine Grace spray to flow through & erase all that remains as you walk around the space spraying the Divine Grace mist spray into the air & saying out loud or to yourself the Affirmation written on the bottle. Once this is complete, you can then protect your cleansed room by walking around & spraying Angelic Support as you say the affirmation on the bottle. Keep the music playing for at least an hour after the cleanse to support the clearing... & before you complete, sit down again in the space, bringing awareness into your Heartspace & feeling into the room, & notice all that you see, sense or feel now... notice what feels different, clearer, lighter, more uplifting... & radiate gratitude to your space & the Divine Source as your visualise your space being flooded with high vibrational Light!
